Comedy show brings fresh voices to Funny Bone Orlando
Six local comedians are set to take the spotlight at Funny Bone Comedy Club at Pointe Orlando on June 26 at 7 p.m. for an all-ladies showcase, Ash Cash & Friends. Jonte “Taetattedup” Vaughn will host, while Danielle Mathis, Lisa Roddavis, Andrecia Baker, and Selena Ubias open for headliner Ash Cash, who will close the show.
"The comedians you're going to see are so different. We're not presenting the same energy. We're not presenting the same lifestyle or how we got here," said Mathis. “You're going to hear from a lot of different comedians in this scene who share their life and what we think is funny."
The Orlando Life met up with Ash Cash, Mathis, and Vaughn to talk about their journeys into comedy and the Orlando scene.
